General Return & Exchange Guidelines
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these guidelines:
• Shoes must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• Original box and packaging must be intact.
• Original invoice or order confirmation is required.
• Products purchased on 50% or higher discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized or special-order products are non-returnable.
• Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Online Orders – Exchange Process
For online purchases:
• Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Customers may need to pay courier charges for exchanges (if applicable).
• Sale items are not eligible for refund.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and issue details.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in case of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item delivered
Important Refund Terms:
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer (IBFT) within 3–5 working days after inspection.
• Product must pass quality inspection before refund approval.

Currently, Goldenstps delivers within Pakistan only.
